With more than 30 years of experience in public education, LEARNACUITY founder Stephanie Aldridge brings a unique perspective shaped by service as a campus administrator, regional education consultant, and district-level leader.

Throughout her career, Stephanie has worked extensively in Section 504, special education, intervention systems, and student support services. Her experience navigating educational policies, leading school improvement initiatives, and supporting educators and families provides valuable insight into how school systems work—and how parents can effectively partner with them.

Stephanie founded LEARNACUITY on the belief that parents should never have to navigate complex educational processes alone. By combining professional expertise with practical guidance, she empowers families to ask informed questions, understand their options, and collaborate confidently with schools.
